Salon Policies

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our salon policies. These guidelines ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and therapists, helping us deliver the high-quality service you deserve.

Cancellation & Changes

When you book an appointment, you’re committing to arrive on time—ideally 10 minutes early. We understand life happens, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
Timely cancellations allow us to offer your spot to another client on our waitlist.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required for all appointments:

$20 deposit for treatments over $50
$50 deposit for treatments over $99

This applies to both regular bookings and pre-paid services, including those using gift vouchers. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice.

A 1.9% card processing fee (Square) applies to all card payments made in the salon.

Appointment Reminders

You’ll receive a reminder via SMS and email (if provided) one day before your appointment.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

New clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consultation form and settle in.
Running late? Your treatment time may be shortened out of respect for the next client, but the full service fee will still apply.

If we are unable to answer due to being in treatment or outside trading hours, please leave a text, voicemail, or email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
